SUNDAY MORNING DISCUSSION GROUP. FALL 2018. Curriculum: “Painting the Stars, Science, Religion and an Evolving Faith “- A 2013 Living the Questions Series. The goal is to listen and discuss a theme for each session. According to the study guide the theme of each session seeks to expose participants to observations and ideas that have been long held by scientists, theologians and many lay-people alike. One of the instructors, Dr. Barbara McClintock indicated that, rather than diminish our sense of awe and wonder, science can deepen our feeling for mystery. As much time can be taken on each session as deemed necessary or desirable. No homework required. JOY BIBLE STUDY: The Joy Bible Study is back for another year of study and fellowship.
