2024 NKPC FISHING CONTEST
win the $50 prize (and important bragging rights.)
Rules:
1) Submit a photo of a fish caught in 2024 in Michigan next to a tape measure or on a scale, along with your name and phone number to [email protected] or mail the photo to 6175 Kuttshill Dr. Rockford, 49341. Entry photos will be displayed by NKPC. There are two divisions, adult (18+) and youth.
2) Each entry will be given a score based on its percentage of the Michigan MASTER ANGLERS length or weight
record for that type of fish. (For example, the Blue Gill in the photo to the left is 6.25" long. The Michigan Master Angler for a Blue Gill is 10” thus this fish would score 62.5%)
3) Multiple entries are encouraged. (It is totally fine to enter a smaller fish photo and then a larger fish photo later on.) Bostwick Lake UCC and First Congo Church Rockford UCC are directly invited, but no church affiliation is required. EVERYONE CAN ENTER!
4) All pictures due by October 21st, 2024. The church board will determine the winner, based on score. All board decisions are final. All participants are invited to the grand prize award ceremony after worship at NKPC on October 27th 2024.
